Leadership, Brand & The Culture You Create.... in colour!

We’re excited to announce our new partnership with the excellent Shaun Beck, Managing Director and Lead Coach at Inspire Ignite as we host this quarter’s FREE Leadership Workshop and Networking Event at Eclectic HQ on Thursday 16th May.

We will look to explore the concept and principles of ‘colour energy’ and its impact on leadership branding and team culture. This session will be interactive, high impact and high energy, not just a ‘presentation’.

Leadership Brand & The Culture You Create... in colour

In this 90-minute workshop we’ll identify our personal leadership and team strengths, how we work best, our watchouts and the culture we have probably created in our teams and business.

Great management, leadership, personal influence, and impact starts with self-awareness - knowing your style, strengths, and REAL impact on others!

In this session with Shaun, you’ll also identify how to get the best results from individuals and teams, understand the culture of your team or business and build strategies to influence and engage others for personal and career success by learning how to flex and adapt your natural style and approach when needed.

You’ll take away some top tips and strategies to build trust, tolerance and get the best from everyone and build the performance of the collective team.
