We are entering a new volatile period filled with crisis and complexity. This era is a grey zone, a transitory period between the passing era and the era to come.
Laidlaw Centre for Church Leadership presents a Leaders’ Lunch with Mark Sayers.
This is a special event for all pastors and leaders within Christian organisations.
Mark will share some thoughts on how “grey zone” dynamics affect institutions in new ways. We will learn how this new environment requires a different kind of leadership while exploring how the challenges leaders face can be the catalysts for renewal. Laidlaw’s National Principal, Roshan Allpress, will help to ground these ideas in a New Zealand context, drawing on his research into the power of leadership networks throughout history.
