The LEAD Programme has been devised to equip young Muslims (aged 18 - 30) with the knowledge and skills to be able to engage in a diverse society whilst preserving their Islamic identity.

What is LEAD?

Lead is a 2-year comprehensive development programme based in the Midlands.

Aims include:

Learn the fundamental moderate principles of Islam and improve your Islamic practice.

Experience community rooted activities to establish stronger community networks & bring about positive contribution to British society.

Aspire to gain the personal qualities to become future leaders and ambassadors of Islam.

Develop a closer relationship with Allah SWT.

Once enrolled onto the LEAD Programme (beginning November 2022) - attendees can expect to achieve the above aims through:

  • Weekend programmes – Retreats (both 24 and 48 hour residentials).
  • Study Circles.
  • Personal Development Projects.
  • Focused virtual sessions with recognised scholars.

Why LEAD?

The need for structured youth programmes, with clear aim and objectives.

With endless questions about identity, the role of faith in a secular society, how to make a contribution, etc. and it is not easy to reach answers.
