Leaders on the other hand, engage people as a team and move them towards the goal of a mission. Yes, these two roles can, will and must meet, but by observation, today's business world simply fails to adequately address leadership.
How many of you have actually been taught true leadership? We are talking about true leadership, where people are moved towards a beneficial mission via character, integrity and personal influence and not by policy, pay or pressure.
This course series will absolutely challenge you to look in the mirror and figure out what leadership really means to you and the people that are counting on you to lead them to a better place.
The purpose of this series is team development. We invite you to bring your Service Managers, Team Leads, Office Managers, Sales Managers and anyone you feel may develop into these roles. This is a place where each role in the business can learn from their peers.
