iday April 11, 2025, at 7:00pm we will convene at the Second Olivet Missionary
Baptist Church, 818 South West Street, Syracuse, New York where Pastor Cyrus L.
Thornton is Pastor. We will come together for a night of prayer, songs of praise and
preparation, and a Word of Spiritual Insight “Lead Me To Calvary!” This night will
bring us together to prepare for what God wants and needs to do in each and all
of us. President of the Empire Missionary Baptist Convention, and Senior Pastor of
the Sweet Pilgrim Missionary Baptist Church, Albany, New York, the Rev. Dr. Elgin
Joseph Taylor, Sr. will be our Special Guest Preacher. Ministry of Music will be
provided by churches of our Association that are in the Southern Tier.
