Effective, collaborative leaders create space where everyone can bring their unique talents to the table for the benefit of their community and their workplace.
At LEAD, you will:
• Experience interactive workshops, discussions, and case studies, designed to help you build your skills and increase your impact and effectiveness as a leader
• Explore issues related to building a team, stakeholder analysis, conflict management, strategic networking and other topics focused on collaborative leadership
• Connect and learn with emerging and established leaders in our community
