Workshop Objectives

Upon completion of the workshop, attendees will demonstrate

1) Increased ability to recognize signs of distress in supervisees;

2) Increased ability to assist supervisees in increasing coping skills;

3) Increased ability to assess for burnout in supervisees;

4) Increased ability to manage the therapy/supervision boundary, referring supervisees to therapy when needed.
