LCS is partnering with Brigaid to revolutionize school meals through fresh ingredients and scratch-made recipes. Experience the difference for yourself with our community dinners. Families, community members, students, and staff members are invited to join us for a series of high-quality dinners reflecting the foods our students are eating at school. Join us from 5-7 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 13 at Sandusky Middle School. Meals will feature a Valentine’s Day-themed menu with locally-grown produce from Lynchburg Grows and locally sourced beef from Seven Hills Food. Guests can also enjoy dessert made by Heritage High School culinary arts students and free produce from a pop-up farmer’s market by the VA Cooperative Extension.
Both dine-in and take-out options are available for a price of $5. Children ages 2 and younger eat free.
