Join us on Thursday, Feb. 12, from 5-7 p.m. in the E. C. Glass High School cafeteria (2111 Memorial Avenue, Lynchburg, VA). February’s Valentine’s Day-themed meal will feature:
Braised beef with mashed potatoes (Vegetarian option: Braised mushrooms with mashed potatoes)
Drop biscuits
Slow-roasted carrots and fennel
Garlicky green beans
Kale Caesar salad
Pears with coconut oat streusel
Desserts made by E. C. Glass High School culinary arts students
