EARLY CHECK IN AND EXHIBITOR SETUP IS NOT AVAILABLE ON FRIDAY EVENING FOR THIS SHOW. This location is a covered, open pavilion without any way to secure the contents within it. No rabbits or personal show equipment can be left overnight due to this.
Showroom will open at 6:30am Central Time on SATURDAY.
Judging will start PROMPTLY at 8:30 AM Central Time.

This is an ARBA sanctioned show; any officially recognized breed of rabbit may be shown and is eligible to earn legs regardless of being listed as sanctioned or not by their national breed club for earning of points from them. Any breeds showing 10 or more at this show will be automatically sanctioned for the LCRBA Annual Fall Show next year. Please contact the Show Secretary directly for more information or clarification on this or anything appearing in the show catalog.

Best of Breed (BOB) and Best Opposite Sex (BOS) for sanctioned breeds showing 10 or more in the Open Shows.
Any breeds showing 5 or more in the Youth Show will receive ribbons.

Mailed entries must be postmarked no later than September 14th to be accepted. Please follow up with the Show Secretary within 5-7 days of mailing to confirm your entries were received.
Youth are allowed and encouraged to enter in the Open B Show in addition to the Youth Show.
Entry due date/cost: Tuesday, September 24, 2024 by 10:00pm Central Time - $4.00 each per show.
Late entry deadline/cost: Wednesday, September 25, 2024 by 10:00pm Central Time - $5.00 each per show.
Fur entry date/cost: $2.00 each per show (deadlines above all apply).
NO ENTRIES ARE ACCEPTED ON THURSDAY OR FRIDAY (9/26 and 9/27) - MUST ENTER DAY OF SHOW AT COST LISTED.
Day of show entries/cost: Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 6:30-8:00am Central Time - $6.00 each per show.
THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS ON ANY ENTRIES SUBMITTED THEN SCRATCHED.
ANY CHANGES ON DAY OF SHOW WILL BE $1.00 EACH AND MUST BE SUBMITTED TO SHOW SECRETARY BY 8:00AM.
NO CHANGES ARE ALLOWED AT THE JUDGING TABLE.
ALL EXHIBITORS MUST BE CHECKED IN, ENTRIES VERIFIED AND ANY CHANGES MADE BY 8:00AM SATURDAY.
Payment must be either by CASH or CHECK only.
NO debit/credit cards or electronic payments (PayPal, Venmo, etc.) are accepted.
If paying by cash the exact amount owed is appreciated but not required. If paying by check, it can only be accepted if written for the exact amount owed for entries and dated for the day of show. Make all checks payable to LCRBA.
Attention all exhibitors - please read the following completely. For any returned checks, there will be a $50.00 fee added in addition to the amount the check was written for. Should you enter and not attend the show, you will be promptly billed for your entry fees plus any reasonable expenses incurred to inform and collect from you. Remember that your correspondence with the Show Secretary (either verbally, electronic or mailed in) with any show entries is a commitment between you and the LCRBA and these entry fees are due regardless of your attendance. Anyone who have this action taken against them will not be allowed to enter any shows in the future presented by the LCRBA until the amount due is paid in full. The LCRBA also has the right to require and only accept in person day of the show entries (at the cost listed for such) from the exhibitor for any future shows held regardless of their efforts to reconcile the debts owed and or personal history with the LCRBA. Exceptions may be made for emergency or illness, please let Show Secretary know ASAP.
