Join the Latino Civic Association for our much-anticipated annual night of music, dancing, and community celebration, all in support of the LCA's Cecilia Montaner-Vargas memorial scholarship program. Enjoy hors d'oeuvres, tasty drinks, and Latin dance spun by DJ ha-MEEN! All are welcome -- todos están bienvenidos. Children 12 and under enter for free.The LCA is an all volunteer organization dedicated to serving the Latino community of Tompkins County by providing a platform for its social, cultural, education and civic expression. Our mission is to foster a united Latino community, strengthen Latino identity, and promote solidarity, cultural pride, and civic engagement.
