WHO: PAID members only and immediate family/partner/date and door prize donorsFOOD: Please bring a side dish or dessert! The main dish will be provided by the guild.
TABLEWARE AND GLASSES: Tableware and plastic beverage cups will be provided. You can bring your favorite glass if you'd like.
BEER: Bring your homebrew and wines! Taps will be available.
THE FUN: Door prizes will be back! One raffle ticket will be given to each person.
BEER EXCHANGE: If you’d like to participate, please bring a 6-pack (or equivalent) of beer (more details below).
Bring a six-pack or equivalent volume and drop it off at the beer exchange table. Each will be assigned a number for a drawing later in the evening. When it is your turn, you draw a number from the hat and go select the corresponding unit of beer. Anyone can participate, and you are only limited by your own creativity in assembling your six-pack. You can bring commercial beer or homebrew to exchange. Please, don't give any beer you wouldn't want to receive!
Bring 72 ounces of beer, give or take, for the exchange in any equivalent:
• 6 x 12 oz. = 72 ounces
• 3 x 22 oz. bombers = 66 ounces
• 3 x 750 ml champagne bottles = 76.0816 ounces
