RULES:
1. The tournament is open to all Sanctioned LIMA USBC Members. Non-members who are members of another association may enter by paying $6.00 local dues; anyone not sanctioned in another association may enter by paying a membership fee of $23.
2. Bowler must use their highest 2023-24 USBC Average of 21 games or more. If no 2023-24 average, he/she must use their highest current average of 12 games or more as of the day of the tournament. A league average sheet must be presented at time of check in. All others will bowl scratch and use 210 Average. Bowlers are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their averages, whether submitted by bowler, captain or other. If submitted average results in a change in handicap or classification bowlers score is disqualified. Corrections can be made up to the end of bowler’s 1st game of series.
3. USBC rule 319a 1-3-4-5, 319c & 319d are in effect for all bowlers. Rule 319a 2 is not in effect.
Qualifying/Round 1:
Bowlers will bowl 4 games. The top 8 in each division will move on to Round 2.
Round 2:
The top 8 teams from each division will be positioned from qualifying scores and will bowl a 2-game match on the same pair of lanes. 1 vs. 8, 2 vs. 7, 3 vs. 6 & 4 vs. 5. The winners of the 2-game matches (2 game total pinfall) will advance to the final round.
Step Ladder:
The final 4 teams in each division will move to a 1-game step ladder. 4th will bowl 3rd - winner will bowl 2nd - winner will bowl the leader. Bowlers will be positioned in the step ladder by adding qualifying round scores plus their 2-game match play together.
AWARDS:
Minimum of 1 out of 4 entries will cash – Top qualifying team in each division from Qualifying/Round 1 are guaranteed $100
COST:
$100.00 ($50 each) (Lineage $48.00 and Prize Fund $52.00) Prize fund returned 100%
ENTRY DEADLINE IS OCTOBER 5, 2024
If lanes are available entries will be taken after the deadline.
Bowlers will then pay a $55 each bowling fee, which includes a $5 late fee for each bowler.
