Lazy Runner is conducting a Running Workshop in Hobart on November 10th.It's a great way to help improve your running skills as well as pick up lots of tricks about everything to do with running- the workshop consists of 4 sessions-
1. Know your own pace
2. Running Posture
3. Specific Runner's Stretches
4. Running 101- ask the coach anything you need to know about your running
The whole workshop costs $60 approx 4 hours
