The whole community is welcome to celebrate the Ancestors of the land with us! Feel free to come in costume or not if you want to extend the Halloween festivities. This is the day to honor the dead, and we will honor our ancestors and the ancestors of the land. 🌾💛
🎨 Organic face paints for little kids (and big kids too!)
🍲 A big pot of nourishing bone broth chili with homemade gluten-free buttermilk cornbread
🌱 Vegan option: black beans & rice
🍪 Bring a side, dessert, or bottle to share if you’d like
🎶 We’ll enjoy good music, fun activities for the kids, and plenty of time to connect as we break bread together.
🌅 As sunset approaches, we’ll gather for a community vision circle.
🥁 After sunset, MonÁxi will offer a mini-concert and facilitate a drum circle that will flow into a lively jam so bring your drums, voices, and instruments!
Come eat, laugh, sing, and celebrate as we honor the ancestors with your chosen family. ✨
