Nicole Gauthier, the Founder of Wicked Holdings, is a growing entrepreneur and investor with a solid educational background in Accounting and Finance. Like many, she began her real estate investing journey with residential rehab and land purchases, eventually transitioning to multifamily real estate syndications and passive investing roles. Today, Nicole has an impressive portfolio of over $20M in real estate assets.
As a financial literacy advocate, Nicole founded the Wicked Wealth Mastermind, a thriving mentorship group for aspiring passive investors. Through her educational podcast, Nicole shares insights on mindset, real estate, and financial literacy, inspiring listeners to think differently about financial freedom.
When not pursuing her professional goals, Nicole enjoys reading, working out, and spending quality time with her family.

About the Lawrence Latty:
Lawrence Latty is a master connector of people and a dedicated public servant who has found his passion in multifamily real estate. His interest was first sparked as a child when his parents bought their first home in The Bronx New York in 1971.
Through his four-decade career at the New York City Transit Authority as a train operator, in the New York City subway system, he has trained more than 900 personnel in safe train operations.
To integrate his passion for real estate and people he founded one of the most popular, value-intense meetups in 2020, Financial Independence Through Small Multifamily Investment community, where people want to network, LEARN about real estate, take control of their FINANCES, change their HABITS and take ACTION to realize their DREAMS.
