This class will cover turf removal methods and suggestions for what to plant in its place – ecolawn, waterwise plants, native plants or a pollinator garden. Will discuss planning, soil prep, planting tips, and touch on irrigation options. After the presentation talk, we'll take a short walk to the Washington County Master Gardener Association (WCMGA) Ed Garden at PCC - Rock Creek, weather permitting.Class led by OSU Extension Master Gardener volunteers Susan Albright, Lisa Barnhart, and Tamara Newton Baker.
