A 3.5 mile gentle jog around the Bristol harbourside.
We meet outside the convention hotel at 7am on the Saturday and then jog/walk/run around the harbour and get back in plenty of time for medals, breakfast, and preparing for the convention.
It will be like doing a Saturday parkrun and we will make sure that no cadet gets left behind, no matter what your pace is.
