We are pleased to announce the 2025 LaVista Park Neighborhood Yard Sale!! 🌳We invite you to join the fun, get rid of excess stuff, and make some extra cash. Having many participants in the same neighborhood increases potential sales traffic.
Key points:
– Saturday, April 26. Rain or shine.
– 9 am to 4 pm. (Individual households can adjust)
– LVPCA will take care of advertising, including 18 X 24 inch yard signs at high-traffic locations.
– Participating households will receive balloons and map number signs, for easy ID on the day of the event.
– We will hand out maps to prospective buyers showing households that have joined the sale, addresses, brief descriptions of sale items, etc
Registration fee $20 - covers street signs, balloons, maps and advertising. Discounted rate of $15 for LVPCA members.
