Please arrive to the lobby by 1:30 to find the location and get shuttled to the cave. We will start right at 2:00pm.

Please bring a yoga mat and blanket. Please also dress in layers and light gloves and a beanie are always nice additions.

There are no bathrooms at the cave, so please plan accordingly.
