Please join me in celebrating my recent retirement from The University of Iowa and the long journey that we have shared during that time. That journey is not over but for me it is diverging from the path that I have been on for so long, so I am looking forward to seeing you and reflecting on our memories and the many things we have accomplished together in the spirit of community, as that path takes us in new and hopefully interesting and rewarding directions. There will be light refreshments served. Please no gifts. At this point I don’t what else might happen but whatever it is I hope you will join me for it. The last five years have been challenging for all of us, so let’s take time to party!
