Join us for our first-ever in-person event with The Restless!
An evening filled with positivity, connection, and courage. Through hands-on workshops, real conversations, and empowering guest speakers (soon to be announced!), you’ll walk away feeling motivated, seen, and ready to turn your restlessness into purpose.
It’s a space to reconnect with yourself, recharge your energy, and be inspired by incredible women who are rewriting what it means to be restless 🙌🏻
Agenda
6–6:30pm - Welcome & Drink
Arrive, grab a hot drink (included with your ticket), and settle in. Meet like-minded women who are here to grow, share, and support each another.
6:30–7pm - Turning Anxiety into Ambition
A practical and uplifting session designed to help you transform overthinking and self-doubt into drive and direction.
7–7:15pm - Break & Mingle
Connect, chat, and breathe.
7:15–7:45pm - The Power of Female Health & Hormones
Understand your body, your cycles, and how to harness your natural rhythm to work with yourself, not against yourself.
8pm - Learnings & Community
We’ll close the evening together with shared reflections, takeaways, and the start of a growing community of Restless women.
This is a relaxed and inclusive event open to all women — whether you come alone or bring a friend, you’ll leave with new connections, fresh inspiration, and the spark to take your next step.
