Hi all!We are meeting for a second time to progress our plan for an Invermay based food buyer’s co-op.
Our last meeting brought together a group of people all interested in ditching the supermarket duopoly in favour of buying more directly from farmers while building community.
This meeting is for both those who attended meeting #1, and for new interested members. We will bring you up to speed on our ideas, discuss progress so far and start forming working groups to get the co-op off the ground!
From 5.30pm please bring along any excess food or a meal you’d like to share, we will start the meeting at 6.00pm and be wrapped up by 7.00pm.
