Join us for an evening of stress-relieving laughter exercises in the salt cave! Led by experienced certified Laughter Yoga Leader Robert Koehler, this uplifting session guides participants through intentional laughter exercises and deep yogic breathing techniques (Pranayama) to promote joy and well-being. This unique experience combines laughter yoga and halotherapy, a complementary therapy involving breathing in air containing microscopic salt particles that may support respiratory health and ease allergy symptoms.

No yoga experience is needed. Bring a pair of socks to walk on the salt floor. Guests may also wish to bring a yoga mat and blanket and wear comfortable attire. Early registration is encouraged – space is limited!

-Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours in advance. Please be advised that if payment is made by credit card, a slight processing fee will be deducted from the refund.
-No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the event.
-No late entry will be permitted. Events begin promptly at the scheduled time.
-Pre-registration and pre-payment are required.
-If the event minimum is not met, it may be rescheduled or canceled. In that case, you may request a refund or transfer to a future session.
