Laughter Yoga Class

Laughter Yoga is a unique and uplifting practice that allows you to laugh even when you don’t feel like it. This gentle yet powerful aerobic exercise can be done by anyone, anywhere, and is designed to support both health and happiness.

Through a combination of guided laughter exercises and yoga breathing, I gently lead you to experience deep, belly laughter—no jokes, humour, or comedy required. The laughter begins as an exercise and naturally turns into genuine joy.
