Pompe disease is a rare genetic disorder where sugar buildup destroys muscle. But hope lives at Duke Children’s Hospital with Dr. Priya Kishnani. A world-renowned pioneer in enzyme and gene therapies, Dr. Kishnani’s work is moving us from life-long management to the frontline of a cure.

6:00 PM | Doors Open & Dining: Arrive early to secure your seats and for the opportunity to experience the culinary magic of "Chopped" Champion Chef Eric LeVine. We strongly encourage guests to enjoy dinner and cocktails; 317 Main Street has been an incredible supporter of our cause, and their menu is truly delicious. (Food & beverage NOT included with ticket purchase)
6:00 PM – 7:30 PM | The Silent Auction: Browse an incredible array of themed baskets and high-value prizes. This is your chance to take home something amazing while directly funding medical breakthroughs.
7:30 PM | Showtime: Settle in for a belly-aching Stand-Up Comedy lineup that will have you laughing until the final curtain.
9:00 PM | Winners Announced: We close the night by announcing our silent auction and raffle winners!
