James Wesley Jackson is the world's only Enviromedian. Taken from the words "environment" and "comedian", it means he is an entertainer whose work is humorus in it's treatment of an environmental theme. Nominated for a prestigious Emmy award, Jackson has toured Europe with the Parliament/Funkadelic and has also received an Emmy for his work on the TV show SFO.
Laura Hugg is a stand-up, sketch & improv comic and storyteller. She is a graduate of the Second City Conservatory & winner of the Mary Scruggs Award for Sketch Comedy Writing. Currently she is a producer and host of a comedy variety show at the Lincoln Lodge called “Keep Coming Back”.
Rick Young is an accomplished actor/comedian/master of ceremonies/auctioneer who has appeared all over the country including Second City’s main stage, Kingston Mines, Chicago; Pasadena Playhouse; Dudley Riggs’ Brave New Worship, Minneapolis, etc. Rick’s brand of humor deals with an interesting variety of dilemmas including marriage, kids, divorce, being single, politics, etc.

Info: Choose between 3 dinner options: 1) Chicken Piccata served over Angel Hair Pasta with Vegetable Medley, 2) Grilled Salmon served with Mixed Grains and Vegetable Medley or 3) Angel Hair Pasta with Vodka Sauce (Grilled Chicken available upon request). Order in restaurant.
All entrees include a side salad and soft drink of choice.

Comedy Show in the hotel's Savanna Ballroom
Info: After dinner, join comedians Bill Bunker, Laura Hugg and Rick Young in the Savanna Ballroom, located on the first floor, past the Front Desk and to the right at the end of the hall. Feel free to bring your beer or cocktail from the Garden Grille Bar. But don't worry, we have a full-service bar in the Ballroom throughout the show!
