What is laughing yoga?
Laughter yoga is a delightful practice that combines laughter exercises with deep breathing, leaving you feeling energized and joyful.
Turn your fake laughter into real laughter through hand-clapping rhythms, breathing exercises and laughter exercises.

What to Expect:
I would not come with expectations. That said, here is an overview.
We will start and finish the session with an open circle which will be the foundation of the safe and non-judgmental space that we will create together. We'll engage in a series of laughter exercises and playful activities that will have you giggling and smiling from ear to ear.
The session may incorporate some free-flow with the opportunity for everybody to co-create and contribute for the community. Do you have a laughter exercise that you want to share? Let me know!
You'll learn to laugh without relying on jokes or humor, tapping into your inner child and embracing the contagious power of laughter.

No Experience Necessary
🎲 Playful & Engaging Games – Engage in fun and freeing exercises that is an opportunity for you to let go of the adult mind, drop into the inner child and tap into creativity of your authentic self. From this space, you will be able to transform your perspectives and connect authentically with others.
Suitable for first-timers and returning participants alike! Not one session is the same!

What to Bring:
Just come as you are - No prior experience needed!
This is an outdoor event. We will find a space in the shade of the trees. Bring adapted clothing and footwear, a towel, a bottle of water and optionally a picnic towel and hand-pick food/drinks to share.

My name is Maxime. I discovered laughing yoga 10 years ago and I have been practicing regularly since. I will lead you through a journey of joyful laughter and playful exercises which will enact our inner power and inner creativity.
