PFLAG Pawleys Island is thrilled to announce the return of Laugh Out Loud: Comedy for a Cause, the uproarious 18+ comedy event that's sure to leave you in stitches. Now in its fourth installment, Laugh Out Loud promises an evening of amusement, camaraderie, and support for the LGBTQIA+ community.
Hosted by LOL Co-Founder Drue Michael, this years event will be held at the historic Winyah Auditorium, located in the heart of Georgetown. The night will kick off at 5 PM with a reception beforehand to include drinks and globally inspired comfort food for purchase by local food truck vender Black Cat Kitchen. Doors open at 6 PM with a 7 PM showtime.
Attendees can expect an unforgettable lineup of talented comedians from the LGBTQIA+ and ally community, each bringing their unique brand of humor to the stage. From side- splitting buffoonery to ridiculously jocular knee-slappers, Laugh Out Loud: Comedy for a Cause is guaranteed to have something for everyone.
In addition to providing a night of entertainment, the event serves as a fundraiser for PFLAG Pawleys Island, a local organization dedicated to providing support, education, and advocacy for the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies in Georgetown County.
