Join us for a fun run filled with cofee, inspiration, and good vibes! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just looking to boost your joy, this is the place to be.

Walk, Jog, run or YAP! Take part of our community fun run, inspired to get people moving and talking followed by free specialty coffee!

We meet at Cardiff Bay infront of the Wales Millienium Centre at 11AM followed by a run, jog or walk to the barage. (there will be an interval/half way point at the baragge) before making our way back to WMC for some free specialty cofee by Boss and Brew at 1:30pm.

This is the perfect event to get out of your comfort zone, get active and move at your own pace!

PS. We ask for a £3 contrubition to reserve your spot, track numbers and to ensure people turning up are at here for the event. The money will go towards community causes such as putting on more events like this and helping other young people.
