Who Can Participate? Any youth in Lauderdale County ages 14-18 that is enrolled in 4-H. What is youth council? This is a chance to strengthen your leadership skills, create 4-H events, meet new people, create county wide community service projects, gain community service hours to put on a resume and be a more active 4-H participant. Youth Council members serve as the ’face’ of Lauderdale County 4-H working and promoting local and state 4-H events in their school and community. When? 5:00pm, Monday, September 22nd is our first kick off meeting. Youth are still welcome to join youth council any time during the year-must still fill out the survey and be accepted!
