The perfect milk texture and beautiful latte art can elevate the sensory experience of a well-crafted cappuccino. Join us in Riverside to explore the foundations of good latte art and the science behind steaming milk. Guest instructor Matty Mellini, Borealis barista and Latte Art World Championship Open competitor, will help take your latte art to the next level with hands-on training, whether you are already pouring rosettas or have never before touched an espresso machine steam wand. We will also learn how the pros evaluate a good pour and advance their craft with increasingly complex designs.
Ticket price includes a 12 oz bag of one of our classic roasts.
