About this Event

Welcome

Hi and happy Hispanic Heritage Month! My name is Lisette and I'll be hosting this event. I'm looking forward to meeting you. :)
Please "bookmark" your seat by RSVPing. This will help facilitate a strong conversation and ensure the facility doesn't reach capacity.
If you are interested in reading Latino/a/x/e books then this club is for you! We welcome people of all races, ages, genders, etc.
We are reading Mexican Gothic by Silvia Moreno-Garcia.
I'll have some discussion questions prepared but feel free to come with your own as well! Come back to this page soon to preview the discussion questions.
We'll be meeting in Bear Tooth's outdoor patio, so dress for the weather! Heat lamps and a gas firepits will be available. Look for the "papel picado" to find our group.
Food and beverages will be available for purchase. Bear's Tooth may not formally serve outdoors but their full menu can be ordered "to-go" and consumed on site. They might serve appetizers and drinks on the patio if ordered at the bar.
The event is free, but donations are appreciated. As our comunidad grows I plan to rent a larger space.
