We are so excited to have , Co-founder and Principal at LIFECAMP | The Mental Fitness Company will be co-hosting our Latinas Connect event on Thursday, June 27th at LIFECAMP! Rosario will facilitate a dynamic 60-minute micro module called Future Fit. You will be introduced to Positive Intelligence (PQ).
PQ is the measure of your Mental Fitness. It is the best predictor of how happy you are and how well you perform relative to your potential. PQ is a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science.
This session will be fun and interactive! It is designed to help increase self-awareness and to give you some pro tips on how to stay calm & focused when stress is high, as well as tips on how to silence the negative mind chatter that can wreak havoc on performance, relationships, and well-being.
