Luca Garcia is a Paraguayan born songwriter who’s been living in DC for over 10 years. He blends latin folk with jazz music.
The Shipyard is a popup DIY venue in Silver Spring with a donation door. Donations are split between the artists and Abodes Joy, a local nonprofit that trains and empowers women, nonbinary folx and transgender people in home repair to build skills, confidence and community.
