Kia ora whānau, hola all Latin dancers! 💃🕺Buenavista Entertainment is coming back to beautiful Golden Bay — and this time we’re bringing x2 daytime workshops & x1 miniclass plus a Latin Fiesta Social Night at the amazing Molly B’s Bar.
(Big shoutout to Mili for helping make this happen!)
Come learn, dance, laugh, and connect with the Latin dance community. All ages, all levels, all vibes welcome!
🌞 DAY WORKSHOPS @ POHARA HALL.
1:15pm – Cuban Casino (Open Level)
A fun, easy-to-follow introduction (or refresh) of Cuban-style Salsa.
👉 Learn smooth footwork, partner flow, and that beautiful “Cuban sabor” that makes Casino so addictive.
2:45pm – Rueda de Casino (Beginner → Improver)
The famous Cuban circle dance — full of movement, teamwork, and smiles. 👉 Learn the key calls, swap partners, and experience the joy of dancing all together. If you know basic Casino, you’ll have a blast. Beginners welcome too (much better if you did our previous class)
🌙 LATIN FIESTA SOCIAL NIGHT @ Molly B’s Bar,
800 Abel Tasman Drive, Tākaka.
7pm - Kick off the night with a fun MERENGUE mini-class — super simple, super groovy, and perfect for everyone.
8pm - 🎉 LATIN SOCIAL PARTY!
Salsa • Bachata • Cha cha cha • Rueda • Merengue and more!
