Salsa del Soul is BAAAACK! Savor the ambiance of the sizzling tropics as the Latin beats we all remember from fall's epic Street Dance serenade you on the dance floor. ALL ARE WELCOME at this party - especially beginners who are new to the ballroom dancing scene!Salsa del Soul is a Twin Cities-based, nine-piece orchestra that performs various styles of dance music from the Spanish-speaking regions of the Caribbean. They represent some of the finest talents in the Twin Cities Latin music scene with styles including Son, Son Montuno, Plena, Cha-cha-cha, Bachata, Merengue, Timba, and, of course, Salsa!
The Salsa & Merengue dance lesson will be taught by Stan & Molly Breitlow from 7:00 to 8:00 pm. The ballroom dance starts at 8:00 and goes until 10:30 pm. (The cost of admission includes the optional dance lesson.)
General Adults: $15
Students (College/High School): $10
Our music is lively – Dances are smoke-free – Zero dance experience is required – Couples and singles of ALL ages welcome!
