LATENIGHTJIGGY is a young America born Trinidadian musician, songwriter and producer who is known for crossing genres and setting moods with strong melodies. Jiggy grew up in/around Dominican culture in the middle of an extremely diverse area known as “The DMV” Montgomery County to be exact where he picked up many elements which makes his genre-crossing formula that much more exciting. With a style and sound that is global and unique, look for LATENIGHTJIGGY to be a part of the next wave of culture shifters.
LATENIGHTJIGGY has been into singing since before he could put words together and started playing instruments like the clarinet, saxophone and percussion at the age of 9.
In 2015, he started producing his own music and the artist known as LATENIGHTJIGGY was born. Jiggy has since released two projects Flavors and Flavors 2. Taking after artists like Tory Lanez, Chris Brown, Drake, Ozuna, J. Cole and Rihanna, Jiggy uses his music to explore a wide range of musical influences, including sounds derived from genres such as R&B, hip-hop, dancehall, afro-swing, reggaeton, bachata and salsa. With these musical influences, Jiggy is able to do things like hit you with bars, lay down breathtaking melodies, make songs with relatable concepts and write lyrics in Spanish. Every song from LATENIGHTJIGGY is a beautiful experience and you never know what you’re going to get, he is what some would call a “jack of all trades.”
