After a breakout year in 2025—including a prime-time slot at Metal4Africa WinterFest—they’ve solidified their reputation with hard-hitting singles like 'Fist' and the fan-favorite 'Scatter'. If last year was their arrival, this year is their takeover. They’re bringing everything they’ve got to the Barcadia stage.
Sabretooth
Legends of the Cape Town scene, Sabretooth returns with their signature blend of 80s-inspired melodic and neoclassical heavy metal. Since forming in 2009, they’ve graced every major stage from Synergy to RamFest (even earning a shout-out from UK headliners Funeral For A Friend). Expect technical proficiency, vintage energy, and a masterclass in progressive metal as this iconic 6-piece continues their 2025/26 comeback.
