Have you recently considered or found that you might be neurodivergent? Whether you’re self-identified, formally diagnosed, or still figuring it out, this workshop provides a safe and supportive space to unpack this complex experience.
Join Niki Bonfield, neuro-affirming counsellor and art therapist, for a 75-minute workshop combining creative exploration to navigate this path.
Engage in a way that feels right for you. You’re welcome to simply listen or join in when you’re ready—there’s no expectation to share if you prefer not to.
