Denis O’Donnell has performed just about every role possible in the Austin music scene over the last 20 years. As a performing musician, side player, talent buyer, venue owner, promoter, and bartender, few have played a more pivotal role in helping to keep the country side of Austin’s music scene alive, thriving, and innovating, even though O’Donnell’s origins happen to be in punk music.
