Clown Yoga is making a triumphant return this Summer at The Tigermen Den on Sundays at Noon 6/22, 7/20, 8/24-One hour All Levels Yoga Class
-Props provided but please bring your own mat
-Doors open 11:30. Class at Noon
-Class is Donation Based, all are welcome! Donations will happily be accepted for rubber chickens funds
-Comfortable Clown attire is encouraged but not required. Yoga/Comfy clothes perfectly acceptable
What in the heck is Clown Yoga? Clown Yoga was created by Bambi Maloney two years ago. Class is designed to help those embrace their inner child and not take themselves so seriously on their mats. Classes include props such as rubber chickens for stretching, whoopee cushions for meditating and noise makers for breath work.
Do I have to dress like a Clown? Absolutely NOT! Bambi will be head to toe clown and students are encouraged to dress up but comfortable yoga/attire is perfectly acceptable.
