(Free parking in the DuPont Environmental Education Center lot. We’re in the grass area under the bridge!)
This adults-only session is open to everyone — all genders, races, and backgrounds are welcome.

A peaceful, outdoor session designed to help you relax your body, reset your mind, and release stress through gentle stretching and mindfulness — all surrounded by nature’s calm.
🧘🏽♂️ Bring a yoga mat or a chair if you prefer not to sit on the ground.
💵 No cost. No registration. Just come as you are.
🚗 Free parking. No long walks required — parking is close to the session space.
