Slot Pull Rules
1. The entrance fee is $20 per person.
2. Sign ups will be in the Atrium between 10:15 - 10:45. The slot pull will start at 11am.
3. Once the first pull is taken, no one else can join in and the game is closed. Once the last person has taken their turn, the slot pull is over.
4. We will play a $1 machine with a $5 dollar bet. Or a machine with $5 bet option. (Each player will get 4 spins)
5. Any free/bonus spins won on players turn does not count towards their allotted spins.
6. All slot money will be put into the machine before the first pull by the group.
7. Participation will be in the order on the sign-up sheet. Please stay in the play area during the slot pull.
8. A designated person will check names off the list and they will record the amount of all of the pulls.
10. In the event of a JACKPOT or any WIN that requires a 1099, 25% of the net winnings will be withheld for taxes; remaining monies will still be evenly divided by the number of participants signed up and present.
11. Slot organizer will have their card in the machine for entirety of slot pull and transfer the winnings. They will go to the casino cashier to cash out the Player’s Bank and distribute the money.
12. All total payouts will be rounded down (ex. If the total each player gets back after the slot pull is $23.17 you will get $23 if the total is $23.63 you will get $23 back). This is to make it easier, and all the leftover change will be donated in the Cherry On Top Shop to St. Jude.
12. This is designed to be a fun event to hopefully win a few dollars and enjoy the company of others in our group. I encourage everyone to cheer on the slot pullers and mingle with others in the group.
13. We will meet at the same area where we started (in the Atrium) approx. 30 minutes after the conclusion of play to distribute the winnings. ***PLEASE NOTE: It is the participants responsibility to meet back and receive their winnings. We will stay to hand out the money for 30 minutes afterwards. Any person who does not return during that time for their winnings, will have their portion donated to St. Jude along with the rounded up change.***
