Since June 2024, this little fried rice tradition has been one of my favorite ways to bring people together. Over the last 17 months, we’ve held 15 fried rice fundraisers — serving about 150–160 servings and raising around $450–$550 for United We Go. This will be our LAST public fried rice event, and to make it special, I’m inviting you to pick up your fried rice right at my Bay City home — the very home that will be going on the market for sale in a few months. It feels right to celebrate this final gathering here, where so many memories were made.
ALL funds raised from this event will go directly toward United We Go. Thanks to our Thriven Action Team funds, all supplies for this fried rice event are covered — so every dollar donated will support our programs.
This is a donation-based event, but please RSVP so I can prepare enough portions.
You can choose from: Veggie, Ground Beef, or Ground Chicken. Mild, medium and spicy 🌶️
