Vendor Application https://forms.gle/RwUxdkAjiTvMdmPZAWe're looking for local artists, artisans, crafters and small businesses from the Quinte area, with a focus on handmade, homemade and home based, to showcase their wares.
THIS IS A SUPPLY-YOUR-OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS EVENT!
Cost: $100.00 per single space (room for one 6ft table and your chair behind it), $140.00 per single + (approx. 10ft x 6ft, room for one 6ft table and a rack or stand), and $180.00 per double space (approx. 20ft x 6ft).
We have 7 x 1 minute "live on location" radio showcase spaces available to be booked. Steve and Sandi from Cool 100/95.5 Hits would love to stop and chat with you which will tell THOUSANDS of listeners on both radio stations all about your business...they love to take pictures for Social Media also! Boost your business for $50.00.
We have 10 x 8ft tables that can be rented for $20 each (first come, first serve) BUT you still have to bring your own chair!
Once you've filled out this application, you will be further contacted by Angela Henry or Heather Murray ONLY (DO NOT FALL FOR SCAMMERS) for payment IF your application is selected...check your Facebook messages for this, it might be hiding in your "Message Requests" section. Please do not ( I beg of you 😂) message us asking if you've been accepted or if I've received your application. It's extremely difficult to keep up with the crazy amounts of messages we get. These shows fill up FAST and all spots are first come first serve, so get your payments in FAST after you've been sent the payment instructions to secure your place.
We will be advertising this show again on Cool 100 and 95.5, also on social media, online community calendars, and the Bay View Mall reader board sign.
Mall doors open at 9:00am Saturday morning for setup. Tables can be left setup overnight and covered with a table cloth. Mall doors will unlock Sunday morning at 10:30am.
EXCLUSION FROM ANY FUTURE EVENTS WILL OCCUR IF BOOTHS ARE TAKEN DOWN EARLY!!!
