We're looking for local artists, artisans, crafters and small businesses from the Quinte area, with a focus on handmade, homemade and home based, to showcase and sell their wares.
THIS IS A SUPPLY-YOUR-OWN TABLE AND CHAIRS EVENT!
Cost: $100.00 per single space (room for one 6ft table and your chair behind it), $140.00 per single + (approx. 10ft x 6ft, room for one 6ft table and a rack or stand), and $200.00 per double space (approx. 20ft x 6ft).
Vendor displays can be left up overnight. Mall doors will be locked at 5:00pm on Saturday and not reopening until 10:30am on Sunday. Please cover your displays to help keep your items safe. Bay View Mall is not responsible for any stolen or damaged items.
Steve and Sandi from Cool 100/95.5 Hits will be here to boost the event to our local listeners. They may even stop and chat with you which will tell THOUSANDS of listeners on both radio stations all about your business...they love to take pictures for Social Media also!
We have 10 x 8ft tables that can be rented for $20 each (first come, first serve) BUT you still have to bring your own chair!
We thank all applicants, however, only those selected for a space will be contacted. All accepted vendors will be contacted by email from [email protected]. Please be patient to wait for a response.
DO NOT fall for scammers. DO NOT send payment until you've received your acceptance email.
Mall doors open at 9:00am Saturday morning for setup.
EXCLUSION FROM ANY FUTURE EVENTS WILL OCCUR IF BOOTHS ARE TAKEN DOWN EARLY!
