Join us for our End of the Month Event for February (2/27) as we introduce our new cook Sari Grunis @hotelbironwinebar ! Party starts @ 6pm. We will have some fun wines on our hidden menu, just come up and ask!
To celebrate Sari joining us, she has put together a very fun menu!
Earth & Sage
Salt-roasted beets served with house-made sage pesto, creamy goat cheese, and toasted almond
Market Fish Tartare
Hand-chopped seasonal catch tossed with fresh garden herbs and whole grain bulgur, set over a bed of Greek yogurt with a savory tomato-garlic sauce
Dark Chocolate Truffles
Finished with flake salt and a vibrant vanilla-bean raspberry reduction
(Vegan option available)
1 drink minimum for the food.
