The Last Bastions Of Bohemia (aka LBOB) are a 5 piece band that hail from Driffield, York & Bridlington. It features members of historically popular local bands The Brontes, Cowpunch and Odds n Ends. LBOB has been the platform for the songwriting of Jasper Bolton since it’s inception in 2018.
An initial E.P “The Velvet Revolution” was recorded at Fairview Studio’s with renown music engineer John Spence ( 2018) with 2 further singles were recorded in 2019 along with Video’s for Bus Stop and Beyond Me. The YouTube channel commenced in 2020 has had over 10K hits and the band features on all major digital platforms. Following Covid the line up of the band changed and has subsequently settled as Follows:- Jasper Bolton ( Guitar Vox), Helen Chambers ( backing Vox / Percussion & Keys), Nick Pymm ( Drums) , Shaun Holt ( Bass) and Nick Thompson ( lead Guitar /Backing Vox).
LBOB are currently recording a new L.P and video’s for a pending Album and single releases in 2025.
