About this Event
The PCMS laser cutter has so many uses! One is to make marquetry projects accessible to more makers.
In this class, we'll go over the steps to make a simple marquetry picture, using a variety of wood veneers. Stock preparation, project lay-out, laser settings, and project assembly and glue-up will be discussed.
Materials to be provided, thanks to donation from the Homestead Woodworking School.
Prior experience with the Laser Cutter is required.
Open to ages 18 and up
